Quick help

The RightClickOCR action is missing
  1. Open RightClickOCR.
  2. Select Extension settings.
  3. Turn on the RightClickOCR extension in System Settings.
  4. Return to your PDF and open the right-click menu again.
RightClickOCR needs folder access

Choose the requested folder when the access window appears. RightClickOCR stores that permission on your Mac so it can process files in the folder you approved.

A PDF did not process

Confirm that the file is a PDF and that it is not password protected. Try processing one file first. If the problem continues, contact support with the file name and the message shown by the app.

Where does document processing happen?

OCR and PDF reconstruction run on your Mac. RightClickOCR does not upload your documents or OCR results.
